Help Me Choose a Temlate

The 2 minute tip blog has been running for two months now with new 2 minute tips every Monday morning!

A month ago I asked you to help me decide on a logo to use for the site.  Thanks!  Now that I have some idea for the branding, I would like to move the site from wordpress.com to its own domain.

In the future I may do a unique design for the site, but since I promised myself not to spend too much time on this site… being as it is about productivity, I am going to use a free WordPress theme.

Please help me decide which one you think I should use.  You can click on the image to see a preview and vote below.

Save a paper towel and air dry in way less than two minutes

I know some people won’t open a bathroom door without a paper towel, but if the situation allows for it, you can air dry your hands and save on the paper (or on the machine air dryer).

If you rub your hands together they will dry well before 2 minutes are up.  Over the course of one’s lifetime of doing this, that is some signifant paper saving.

Take 2 Minutes to Clean Up Your Work Space

We all know how great it feels to have a clean work space.  This week take two minutes to clean up one draw or small part of your workspace.

Pick the space that is least organized, most messy, and the part that could use your attention the most.  But don’t go overboard.  Tell yourself you will give it two minutes and no more.

You can clean up a lot in two minutes and you will feel a lot better about your workspace.

Save Time and Cook Your Greens in Your Rice Cooker

This may not apply to everyone, but if you have a rice cooker and enjoy green leafy veggies for dinner you can save some time and stove space.

Just put your fresh greens, like spinach, into your rice cooker with some water and you’ll have steamed veggies in no time.  Plus you don’t have to take up another pan to cook with!

Just keep an eye on the cooker, because it may overcook them.
